Member Access Request Form If you recently received an email notification about Harbour Lights: Please refer back to it for the user name and password before submitting this form. IF, after checking the notification you are still having problems accessing the members’ section, please complete the form below. If you did not receive an email notification about Harbour Lights (they are emailed approximately once a month): Our club secretary may not have your current email address on file. Complete the form below and we will email you the access information after verifying your membership status. You may use the “Contacting Us” form to send your information to the club secretary to be included in future notifications should you so desire. If you have tried your user name and password: Are you sure you entered the user name and password in all lower case letters? Believe it or not, this is the number one cause of inabliltiy to access the members’ area.
